BCCOC Hosts Successful 5k Walk-A-Thon

Walk me must; and walk we did at the 1st Annual BCCOC 5-K Walk-A-Thon held at Cainhoy Elementary School on Saturday, October 2, 2021. Twenty (20) out of 33 registrants walked the track to good health. Many thanks to our walkers, volunteers, donors, and sponsors: A Smart Idea! Members, Bev’s Hair Care LLC (AB Event Center), Danielle Bordeaux Fink, Daniel Island Development Company (“Point Hope”), East Cooper Community Outreach, Ella Chisolm and Family, EH Builders LLC, Huger/Wando Community Men Coalition, L. Singleton Feed, and Grocery, In Skipper’s Honor Members, Mathis LLC, Palmetto CAP, Rep. Joe Jefferson, Dist. 102, and The Beaufort Family.
