Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) has placed its SNAP & Medicaid enrollment program on pause. In the meantime, we’re referring all local neighbors to our partners at SC Thrive and Thrive Hub for SNAP & Medicaid enrollment.
SC Thrive is a one-stop-shop for resources and benefits that you may need:
- Healthy Connections Medicaid
- Healthy Connections Prime
- Long-Term Care Benefits
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Medically Indigent Assistance Program
