About ECCO

ECCO’s mission is to provide assistance, guidance, and resources that help neighbors navigate life’s challenges and build pathways toward stability and self-sufficiency.
Each year, ECCO serves more than 1,500 families through a comprehensive continuum of programs, including a Wellness Pantry, Financial Assistance, Dental and Medical Clinics, Prescription Assistance, Clothing Closet, Asset Development Program, and additional support services. Through individualized coaching, compassionate care, and a commitment to meeting people where they are, ECCO empowers individuals and families to overcome barriers and achieve lasting change.
ECCO is also a hub for community engagement, connecting hundreds of volunteers, donors, faith communities, businesses, and civic partners with meaningful opportunities to invest in the well-being of their neighbors. More than 400 volunteers contribute their time each month in support of ECCO’s mission.
Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO is responsible for advancing ECCO’s mission, strategic priorities, operational excellence, financial sustainability, and community presence.
The CEO will provide inspirational leadership to staff, volunteers, and stakeholders while fostering a culture rooted in compassion, accountability, collaboration, service, and philanthropy. This individual will serve as ECCO’s primary ambassador, cultivating strong relationships with donors, community leaders, government agencies, partner organizations, and the broader community.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to lead complex organizations, build high-performing teams, secure and steward philanthropic resources, and translate strategic vision into measurable outcomes that strengthen ECCO’s long-term impact and sustainability.
