Our Services by Area

ECCO provides a multitude of services for those living in the East Cooper communities, such as food, financial assistance, healthcare, and more. However, there are a few services provided that are available to neighbors living throughout the Tri-county area. Since July 1, 2021, the following changes and updates have been made:

• The Partners in Healthcare Medical Clinic – is available to those living in Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley counties. All individuals must complete ECCO’s client eligibility, be currently uninsured, live in this service area, and meet the published income guidelines (250% of the FPG or below) to be eligible for this service.
• The ECCO Dental Clinic – is now available to those living in Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley counties. All individuals must complete ECCO’s client eligibility, be currently uninsured, live in this service area, and meet the published income guidelines (250% of the FPG or below) to be eligible for this service.
• ECCO’s Asset Development Program (ADP)  – is available to those living in Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley counties. All individuals must complete ECCO’s client eligibility, live in this service area, and meet the published income guidelines (250% of the FPG or below) to be eligible for this service.
