How We Help
Each year, ECCO provides help to hundreds of individuals facing unforeseen hardship situations through our Financial Assistance program. Whether you’re facing an illness, vulnerable to losing your home, unemployed, or simply unable to make ends meet, we are here to provide guidance and resources when you’re facing emergency financial assistance.
Assistance is available to ECCO clients living or working in our 10 zip codes in Charleston and Berkeley counties. Clients may be eligible to receive assistance with:
- Utility bills (electric, water, gas)
- Monthly rent payment
- Mortgage payment
