2025 Scholarship Application

We are excited to announce the return of ECCO’s scholarship program, the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Scholarship for the second year!

This initiative is part of our commitment to support the families we serve by investing in the very future of their children. The Neighbors Helping Neighbors Scholarship aims to provide financial assistance to help these young individuals pursue their academic dreams and career ambitions. We believe in the power of education to transform lives and are excited to help ease the financial burden on our clients’ families, making their goals more accessible.

Scholarship Amount: $2,500
Two scholarships will be awarded in 2025: one to a student attending college and the other to a student entering a trade/technical school.

Scholarship Timeline: The application opens on May 1, 2025, and will close on June 15, 2025.

Scholarship Criteria:

    • The scholarship is only available to children of current ECCO clients
    • Children must reside within ECCO’s 10 zip codes (Click here to learn more).
    • Available to those students who will attend college or a trade/technical school.
    • A panel of volunteer educators (non-ECCO staff members) will select the scholarship recipients.
    • Funds will be awarded directly to the school/organization/agency by ECCO.
