Baldwin Carson Community Outreach Center (BCCOC)

After several years of planning with community members and partners, we are now providing services at a second facility in East Cooper, the Baldwin Carson Community Outreach Center (BCCOC), located off Cainhoy Road in Huger.

BCCOC provides a diverse array of events and services that empower local residents in the maintenance of general healthcare, proficiency in continued learning techniques, and sustainability of their community.
