  • The generous community contributed 1,689 financial donations to support ECCO’s mission
  • An average of 242 active volunteers per month contributed almost 20,000 hours, a monetary value exceeding $706,350
  • Almost 91% of organizational funds are spent directly serving low-income families and clients in financial distress through the following program areas:
Basic Needs
  • Case Managers completed 803 client assessment, including 254 who were new to ECCO
  • Almost 350 households were fed each month from our Client Choice Food Warehouse
  • 233,484 pounds of food was distributed to our food insecure neighbors, a retail value of $410, 932
  • Client visits to the free Clothing Store exceeded 3,100
  • 438 families received a full Thanksgiving dinner
  • 322 children were blessed with Christmas gifts through the 8th Annual Adopt a Family program
Health Services
  • Provided $808,583 worth of dental services with 4,685 procedures over 2,289 patient visits
  • Saved our clients more than $140,000 through filling 406 emergency medications and assistance with long-term prescription enrollment programs
  • 451 patients received free medical care and health coaching at ECCO’s Partners in HealthCare nurse practitioner clinic, keeping uninsured adults out of the Emergency Room
  • 50% of Partners in HealthCare patients improved their hypertension from uncontrolled to controlled
  • 105 clients demonstrated an increase in health-related knowledge or skills
Empowerment
  • $130,466 of financial assistance helped 221 families to pay their utilities, rent or mortgage, and disaster relief
  • 183 clients were served through a range of educational activities including financial literacy, computer skills, employment preparedness, and more
  • 37 individuals joined our Individual Development Account (IDA) program to earn a 3:1 savings match, used for education, small business ownership, or buying a home
